I purchased the advent calendar in 2022. One of the fragrance paintbrushes was completely empty, there was no product in it at all and another one ‘Red Truffle’ had gone off and smelt of stale cigarettes! I emailed Jo Loves THREE times and never got a response. I would never buy again, really poor customer service

I recently tried the perfumes from Jo Loves, and I must say, they were fantastic! The scents were not only long-lasting but also uniquely captivating. Amazing staff. Fantastic fragrances. Lovely and cosy boutique. I was lucky to get to see Jo Malone in flesh during the opening of the is fabulous store.

Bad points - Sillage is less than 30 mins. Based on my experience buying a few Jo Loves. You will not be able to smell the perfume after 30 mins. - very small collection - a bottle of £15 brute would be a far better buy. The quality of Jo Loves does not reflect the price tag. - Location is inconvenient. Good points - None. Found no redeeming qualities:-(. Like me, most customers are old dissatisfied Jo Melone customers that no longer offer any longevity it used to in the past. Feel sorry for the ppl who are still wasting their money on Jo Malone. If you come in hopes that you might find Jo Loves to be better quality and longevity you will be throughly DISAPPOINTED. Jo Loves Cost more for a smaller range and longevity is at par with a £10 bottle from boots. 100% waste of money and time. Other brands offer a lot more. You may forego my review and buy it, but you’ll reach my conclusion on your own as well.

The scents are beautiful, they don't wear as long as Id like, 4 hours... But they are fresh and lovely and everything I wish Jo Malone would be. My favorite Jo Malone scents are Red Roses and Earl Grey. Jo loves has so many scents I love, all the floral ones, orange blossom, the array of rose scents. They are so amazing. The girls at the shop were not knowledgeable, unfortunately. When you go to a Jo Malone shop you'd think you'd be working with people who know fragrance... Maybe the economy is hard and she can't get anyone good. I don't know but I will stick to online.

I love Jo loves and have purchased from the store which was a lovely experience. However, the online side of the business needs improving. The website had issues during the Black Friday offer of Trio gifts when ordering a full size fragrance. The courier dumped our package behind our bins and it was soaked through. When we opened it, we only had received the small travel candles (mulled wine when we asked for gingerbread) no body lotion or 10ml sprays as promised in the offer. After emailing, they sorted it and said they would send out the offer that was missing. 12 days later nothing arrived so had to chase again. They eventually sent 1 travel candle (again not gingerbread) 1 lotion and 1 10ml fragrance. We ordered 2 full size fragrances to get the trio offer twice as a gift to each other. Gave up now as they can’t seem to get this right at all. For such a huge brand, this customer service is unacceptable. The 3 stars are for my experience in the shop and I also do love the products. Hopefully this can be sorted out

Service is absolutely dismal now compared to when Patrick ran it. Go to Diptyque ! Walked out it was so unprofessional. Agree with other reviews lovely product but not matched by service.
